FLEXIBLE TICKET TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. If you purchase a Flexible Ticket when you book your flight, you can change the date and/or time of your flight according to the rules below. A Flexible Ticket is a service provided by TravelUp.com, and we act as an agent between you and the airline for your travel arrangements. As the Flexible Ticket is our own service, you will not be able to contact the airline directly to make changes. Instead, any requests to change your booking using the Flexible Ticket service should be made through our customer service centre. All changes must be confirmed in writing.
  2. The Flexible Ticket lets you change your flight based on the below conditions:
    1. All changes must be made at least 24 hours before your original flight departure time.
    2. You can only change your flight to another flight operated by the same airline as your original booking.
    3. You must use the flight segments in the same order as you originally booked them.
    4. You can't upgrade to a different cabin or booking class on the same flight.
    5. You can't change your ticket for a longer stay in a connection city ("stop-over").
    6. You can't change your origin or destination for both the outbound and return flights.
    7. You can't change or correct any names on the ticket.
    8. You can only change your journey once. Once the change is confirmed, the Flexible Ticket is null and void.
    9. If you make changes, you must complete your journey (both outbound and inbound) within one year from the original booking date. The new trip cannot start within 24 hours of the change request.
    10. Once you use the Flexible Ticket service, you accept the fare rules of the new ticket.
  3. A Flexible Ticket can only be purchased when you book and pay for your original flight.
  4. To re-book or change your Flexible Ticket flight, you must contact our customer service team here: https://www.travelup.com/customer-support
  5. The Flexible Ticket rebooking is only finalised once we have confirmed to you in writing by email. If you do not an receive email confirmation, please contact our customer service team.
  6. Any Flexible Ticket flights are subject to availability. If the new flights are more expensive, you will incur the additional costs. We will not be held responsible where the rebooking may have on ancillary services with the airline, including but not limited to, luggage or seat reservations. You are responsible for ensuring changes to ancillary services are applicable to your new booking.
  7. If you cancel any part of your booking, the cost of the Flexible Ticket service will not be refunded.
  8. In case of a no-show for any part of your flight, you will not be able to use the Flexible Ticket option.
